Mike Revolvalcke is a French-American Filmmaker primarily based out of the Bay Area, California. After earning a degree in Film Production from San Francisco State University, Mike honed his filmmaking skills on numerous Bay Area projects. He's shot commercials for the Oakland A's, San Jose Sharks, and LimeBike as well as music videos for Too $hort, Heiroglyphics, MC Hammer, and the David Lynch Produced Night Ride. Mike was nominated for 2 Northern California Emmys for his work on Spice to Life for the Lifestyle Network on ABN. He is the cinematographer of the narrative features Live or Die in La Honda, 100 Blocks, and GREEN/ is /GOLD — winner of the Audience Award at the Los Angeles Film Festival. He is also the cinematographer on American Gadfly, a feature documentary about Senator Mike Gravel’s 2020 Presidential run and the recently released Showtime documentary feature SOG: The Book Of Ward— the story of professional boxer Andre Ward, who retired with an undefeated record of 32-0 while holding multiple world titles in two weight classes. Mike is a longtime collaborator with Marshawn Lynch's Beastmode Productions and most recently he has been filming the Stern Grove Music Festival in San Francisco and working with Amazon Prime on the Thursday Night Football series N Yo City with Marshawn Lynch. His focus has always been on telling compelling stories through the unique lens that he uses to interpret the world.
